Terms of Service

These Terms govern your use of MathPicBot (@MathPicBot), an AI math solver operated inside Telegram by TwoAM Inc ("we", "us"). By using the bot, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use it.

What MathPicBot is

MathPicBot reads a math problem you send, as a photo or text, and returns a step-by-step solution. It is a learning aid that runs inside Telegram and uses third-party AI providers to generate solutions.

Eligibility and age

You need a Telegram account, and you must meet Telegram's minimum age and any minimum age required where you live. If you are under the age of majority where you live, use MathPicBot only with the involvement of a parent, guardian or teacher.

Free solves and payments

MathPicBot includes 30 free solves per week, renewed automatically. We may change the size or timing of this free allowance.

You can buy additional capacity with Telegram Stars. Purchases are processed by Telegram, not by us, and Telegram's terms and payment rules apply. Prices and what each purchase includes are shown in the chat at the time of purchase.

Purchases of additional capacity are generally non-refundable, except where a refund is required by applicable law or by Telegram's own refund policy.

Acceptable use

You agree not to use the bot for anything unlawful, or to submit its output as your own work where your school or institution prohibits it.

You agree not to send content you do not have the right to send, or that is abusive, harmful or infringing, and not to disrupt, overload, reverse-engineer or bypass the limits or security of the service.

You are responsible for how you use the solutions the bot provides.

Accuracy

MathPicBot is an automated tool and can make mistakes. Solutions are provided "as is" for learning and reference, without any guarantee of correctness or fitness for a particular purpose. Always check its working before relying on it, and do not use it as your only source for anything that is graded or otherwise important.

Your content

You keep any rights you have in the problems you send. You grant us a limited license to process that content solely to operate the service, that is, to read your problem and generate and deliver your solution, as described in our Privacy Policy. We do not sell your content or use it for advertising.

Our content

The MathPicBot name, brand, website, and the design of the service are owned by TwoAM Inc. These Terms do not give you rights to our trademarks or branding.

Third-party services

MathPicBot depends on Telegram (messaging and payments) and third-party AI providers (solution generation). Their own terms and privacy policies apply to their parts of the experience.

Availability and changes

We may add, change, suspend or discontinue features at any time, and the service may occasionally be unavailable. We may update these Terms; if we make material changes we will update the date above. Continued use after changes means you accept them.

Termination

You can stop using MathPicBot at any time. We may limit or end access if you breach these Terms or use the service in a way that risks harm to others or to the service.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, TwoAM Inc is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages, or for losses arising from reliance on a solution, service interruptions, or third-party services.
